SikaSeal® Construction Silicone + is a low-modulus, fast-curing acetoxy silicone sealant offering excellent flexibility and durability. Its fungal resistant formulation ensures resistance to black mould growth in areas exposed to high humidity, making it ideal for both interior and exterior use. Forming a weather tight, waterproof seal with minimal dirt pickup, it accommodates ±20 % joint movement and bonds strongly to a wide range of substrates, including PVCu, brick, glass, aluminium, plastics and timber.

The Everbuild Range of Everflex Silicone 335 Construction sealants are 310ml sized cartridges that will fit most common mastic or sealant guns. Everflex Silicone 335 is a low modulus, reactive curing silicone sealant that cures quickly to reduce dirt pick up. It remains permanently flexible, forming a weather-tight rubber-like seal. It conforms to the performance requirements of BS 5889 (A) and has a faster curing time than conventional low mod sealants with an extremely low dirt pick up. It is also flexible and waterproof, giving a good, sound seal for a professional finish.
